Marc Guerra is a spokesperson for the United States government. In the aftermath of the theft of a pulse rifle from Watchpoint: Grand Mesa, Guerra spoke on the issue, confirming that Overwatch technology had been stolen from other former Overwatch bases. Guerra refused to comment on the intruder's identity, but confirmed that multiple US government agencies were involved in the search for the assailiant.[1]
